Across the world, we’ve ditched plastic straws, we’re taking our shopping totes everywhere, we’ve made the switch to planet-friendly poop bags. We’re all trying a little bit harder to make more sustainable choices. Here to help us along, Italian brand 2.8 has raised the bar of its Greenie line higher. While 2.8 has always handmade its high-quality, made-to-last dogwear and accessories using environmentally friendly fabrics, new tweaks to existing products signal an admirable step further. The brand’s Dorothea dog carrier is a firm favourite among loyal followers, and it just got that little bit more eco-friendly and fabulous. The bag’s leather handles have been replaced with super-resistant cotton handles, complemented by a faux-leather logo and nylon inner leash. Each modification culminates in a dog carrier now entirely vegan. Similar animal-friendly edits have been made to Herb travel mats, Oliviero poop-bag holders and Tina placemats. Supporting small business has never been more important, and especially when these hard-working brands go above and beyond to help protect our planet, and its human and animal inhabitants.
